Small Business

$225 + GST per month

  • Banklink accounting system (if necessary)
  • Annual financial statements and returns
  • Minutes and documentation
  • Annual meeting with you
  • Income tax returns
  • GST returns (if necessary)
  • Tax reminders and management of your tax account with the IRD
  • Quarterly newsletter
  • Seminar invites

 

Medium Business

$325 + GST per month

All 'Small Business' services plus:

  • Bi-monthly management reports and meeting with you 
  • Annual cashflow forecast
  • Analysis of cashflow forecast versus actual

 

Large Business

POA + GST per month

All 'Medium Business' services plus:

  • Payroll services
  • Payment of accounts
  • Monthly management reports
  • All other administration and consulting requirements

 

New Business Package

From $250 + GST

  • FREE initial consultation
  • IRD number application
  • GST registration (if required)
  • Banklink set up and training (if required)
  • Company formation ($550 + GST)

 

Rental Property

From $75 + GST per month

  • Banklink accounting system (if necessary)
  • End of year accounts
  • Income tax returns
  • Annual meeting with you
  • Minutes
  • Newsletters
  • Tax reminders and management of your tax account with the IRD

 

FREE Initial Consultation is based on a maximum one hour meeting with one of our qualified accounting team. All prices are exclusive of GST and disbursements and are indications only as starting points for fee packages. All terms and conditions will be in accordance with the standard terms of engagement of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants.
